Yorkshire Brides reserves the right to edit, refuse, suspend or remove content at any time.
 

Publication

Listings will normally be published within 5 working days following receipt of payment and approval of content.

Publication times are estimates only.
 

8. LISTING FEES, PAYMENTS AND RENEWALS

Listing fees are displayed at the point of purchase.

Payment must be received before publication.
 

Basic Listings

Basic subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.
 

Premium Listings

Premium listings remain active until the agreed expiry date.
 

Yorkshire Brides may contact suppliers before expiry regarding renewal options.
 

Cancellations

Listings may be cancelled at any time by contacting:

Unless otherwise required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
 

9. DIGITAL MAGAZINE ADVERTISING

Advertising packages may include:

• Half Page Advertisements

• Full Page Advertisements

• Double Page Spreads

• Advertorial Features

Advertising remains live for one issue of the publication and may be hosted digitally for up to 12 months.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring all submitted content is:

• Accurate

• Legal

• Copyright compliant
   

Yorkshire Brides reserves the right to refuse advertisements at its discretion.
 

Deposits

Where a deposit scheme applies:

A £10 deposit reserves advertising space.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Failure to confirm booking by the agreed deadline may result in loss of the reserved space.

Placement

Advertising placement is subject to editorial and design requirements.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific page locations

• Editorial coverage

• Featured placement

• Enquiry volumes

• Sales outcomes
   

10. USER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

Where users submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photographs or other content, they grant Yorkshire Brides a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, reproduce and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove content without notice.
 

11. REQUEST A QUOTE SERVICE

Users may submit quote requests or enquiries through the Website.

By submitting an enquiry, you agree that Yorkshire Brides may share the information provided with relevant wedding suppliers for the purpose of responding to your request.

Yorkshire Brides:
