LISTINGS
All listing information is the responsibility of the supplier and should remain accurate and up to date.

Basic listings purchased through this site are auto-renewed until cancelled.

Premium listings (3-monthly or yearly) are valid until the expiry date. Yorkshire Brides will contact you before expiry to discuss renewal or downgrade options.
Except where required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if you choose to remove your listing before the original expiry date. To remove a listing, please email: hello@yorkshirebrides.co.uk

MAGAZINE
Advertising purchases (Half Page, Full Page, DPS, or advertorials) are valid for one issue of our yearly magazine and hosted digitally for one year. All submissions and information are the responsibility of the advertiser and must be accurate.
Yorkshire Brides will contact advertisers before the expiry to discuss renewal. All purchases are non-refundable.

Deposit scheme: £10 deposit reserves space; if not confirmed by the booking deadline, the deposit is lost.

Links in digital adverts can be updated throughout the year.

Spaces are limited per sector and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

We do not guarantee placement order, prominence, or any specific editorial treatment.

By submitting a Listing, You agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms listed on this page as below;

1. Eligibility & Registration
You must be a legitimate business, supplier, or service provider operating within the wedding industry.
By submitting a Listing, You confirm that all details provided are accurate, complete, and up to date.
We reserve the right to request verification documents before publishing or renewing a Listing.

2. Content Standards & Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the information, images, videos, and any other content (“Content”) included in Your Listing. Content must not be defamatory, misleading, infringe third-party rights, or breach any applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right, without notice, to edit, reject, or remove any Content that in our opinion violates these Terms or may damage our reputation.

3. Fees & Payment
Listing fees and durations will be clearly set out at the point of purchase.
Payment must be made in full before your listing goes live.
All fees are non-refundable, including in cases where Listings are removed due to a breach of these Terms. We may remove content/listings without notice if we suspect fraud, infringement, or breach. We also reserve the right to refuse publication for any reason.

4. Publication & Availability
We aim to publish Listings within 1 working days after payment and content approval. While we endeavour to ensure continuous Website availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for downtime. Adverts in the Digital Magazine will be live for 12 months from date of publishing.

5. Term, Renewal & Cancellation
Listings are valid for the period agreed at the time of purchase. Renewal reminders may be sent before expiry, but you remain responsible for renewing Your Listing. You may cancel your listing at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining term.

6. Intellectual Property
You grant Yorkshire Brides a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating, marketing, and promoting the Website. You warrant that You own or have the necessary permissions to use and license all Content submitted. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights from one party to another.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yorkshire Brides excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by You as a result of using the Website or having a Listing, including loss of profits, reputation, or business. We do not guarantee any particular level of traffic, enquiries, styled shoot availability, advertising exposure or sales resulting from your listing within the directory or magazine.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yorkshire Brides, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your breach of these Terms or violation of any laws or third-party rights. This covers claims arising from the content submitted by suppliers (e.g. copyright claims).

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Website. Continued use of Your Listing after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Listing or access to the Website at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms or if we believe your actions may harm our business, reputation, or users

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We make no representation that the Website is appropriate or available outside the UK.

Brides and grooms can request quotes through Yorkshire Brides. Their details will be shared directly with featured suppliers, who will liaise directly with them. Yorkshire Brides does not act as an agency and charges no commission.
