If you are a Bride that wants to look like ‘you ‘ on your wedding day, we can help you to look and feel like your best you…flawless and glowing. Our hair styling typically features soft brushed out waves, half up styles and undone low buns. The secret to making these styles look great is that the hair is properly prepared using lightweight products which lets the hair move more naturally without looking stiff. Our makeup offers that ‘ lit from within ‘ look. A base makeup that lasts all day but looks as if you aren’t wearing any. Neutral eyes to bring out your own eye colour and neutral lips. We often apply extra lashes to give thickness rather than extra length.

All these things are individual to you, the Bride, or the guests that we are helping. We are happy to do everything, or just hair or makeup.

Recently we did hair for our bride and just her eye makeup for her. We can offer a bespoke price to fit your needs and budget.

Our typical Bride and bridal party: Someone who is not overly confident in hair styling and makeup application. Is happy to wear it but doesn’t wear much. Someone who wears makeup but doesn’t feel that their usual look is fresh faced enough for their wedding day. An older Bride who feels more comfortable with older stylists, who know from personal experience what looks best on older skin.

Our typical wedding guests:

Mother of the groom or step Mums who don’t want to add to the number and pressure of being part of the bridal getting ready party. Guests that want to have a treat and feel relaxed as we help them by styling their hair and applying makeup that will last all day.

Where we work:

We travel all over Yorkshire. We sometimes find ourselves with the farming community, early starts don’t worry them, or some of our Brides who have a connection or love of Yorkshire and are having a destination wedding The travel is some of the fun of the job. We usually take in a cafe on our way home that offers tasty cakes.

Who are we:

We are Jill and Jayne, two sisters that run the business. We come from a family of hairstylists and makeups artists. We also have 4 other ladies that help us when we have larger numbers or time constraints. We have all been family friends for a number of years and work alongside each

other beautifully.
