Step Two: The Booking

If you select Hotel Victoria as your wedding venue, your journey will begin with a personal consultation with our dedicated Wedding Coordinator, Jayne Smith who will take the time to understand each couple’s vision, theme, style and priorities.

From the moment the date is secured, Jayne becomes the main point of contact, ensuring every detail is perfectly planned and every question answered. She will support in helping you to build your wedding day timeline, taking care to understand every element of your wedding day.

Step Three: Planning and Personalisation

Once the booking is confirmed, the creative process begins. Our Wedding Coordinator will assist and guide you with every aspect of your big day - from décor and timings to entertainment, flowers, music and photography - ensuring the event reflects your personality and story.

Couples are invited to design their bespoke wedding menu working closely with our Head Chef, Ryan Osborne, who will create a wedding breakfast perfectly tailored to your tastes and preferences. Our wedding package options include the choice of a three-course wedding breakfast, luxury Yorkshire-themed buffet, a delectable afternoon tea or a traditional fish and chip meal followed by Victoria ice cream sundae.

A pre-wedding tasting allows couples to sample their chosen dishes, paired with drinks of their choice. Many couples opt to create a signature cocktail together, adding a personal touch to their celebration.

We work closely with a range of local specialist wedding suppliers, from creative photographers and videographers, to florists, bridal make-up artists, hair stylists and wedding dress boutiques.

Step Four: Guest Accommodation

Hotel Victoria offers elegant accommodation for wedding guests, making it effortless for friends and family to relax and enjoy the celebration. Our team manages all guest bookings, ensuring everyone is well looked after and can focus on celebrating the happy couple.
